End-users are now granted the right to display all imagery extracts on a public website for promotion purposes, as long as it doesn’t include aircraft crashes or accidents. The clause prohibiting the display of imagery over conflict areas has been removed.
Approval from Airbus to display imagery extracts is no longer required. However, Airbus reserves the right to request the removal of any image published online when deemed necessary, to avoid reputational damage.
