Showcasing the excellence of innovation in agriculture

For the second consecutive year, Airbus is proud to announce its participation at the Paris International Agricultural Show 2026, taking place in Paris, France from 21 February to 1 March.

Beyond the fields of defense, security and mapping, the Airbus satellite constellation also serves stakeholders in the agricultural world to support more resilient, productive and sustainable food systems. Because climate, economic and democratic realities require us to adapt our farming practices, Airbus operates applied services based on satellite imagery to help producers and industries adapt.

Why visit Airbus at the International Agricultural Show?

Since launching its first satellites 40 years ago, Airbus has been a pioneer in using space technologies for agriculture. We invite you to engage with us during this event to discover our thematic services.
Agriculture Satellite-Based applications image Precision farming application

Farmstar

For the past 25 years, Farmstar has been helping farmers optimise their crop management and resources efficiency through satellite-based precision agriculture. From seeding to harvest, Farmstar helps optimise yields and apply nutrients only when and where crops need them most.

Grassland Production Index

This unique index based on satellite imagery and recognised by the French Ministry of Agriculture, measures variations in grassland production. Insurers can then provide financial compensation to farmers when grasslands are less productive in the event of drought.

Starling

For the past 10 years, Starling has been using satellite imagery to detect deforestation within global supply chains of palm oil, cocoa, coffee and other commodities. Starling supports food manufacturers and consumer goods industries in their sustainable sourcing strategies.
